System Architecture
  Single-slot VMEbus operation with on-board CompactFlash disk for bootable mass storage and single PMC expansion slot
    Two slot option allows for mounting of IDE hard drive and floppy drives and provides more front panel I/O interfaces
    Option allows adding up to 3 PMC expansion boards
    Form/fit/function compatible with SimTech DPC1 and DRC1
CPU support
  Supports Intel's low power EMC2 module (LPM) which includes a Pentium III with on-die cache
  A large heat sink cools the module

 128 MB SDRAM installed
  DIMM module for up to 256 MB additional memory
  Maximum 384 MB SDRAM available
Auxilliary Memory
  2 MB of SRAM, which can be accessed from the VMEbus or the on-board Pentium III without byte-swapping or bus contention issues

Front Panel Switches/LEDs
  The DPC2 contains a recessed reset switch, accessible from the front panel
  Three LEDs representing:
       Link - Indicates Ethernet link established
       Active - Indicates Ethernet data being transmitted or received
       Speed - Indicates Ethernet operating at 100BaseTX

P2 I/O

XPC2TB Transition Board
  Can be offered with two slot wide front panel (in combination with DPC2) or two separate front panels so that it can be separated from DPC2 for embedded environment
    Supports 2.5" IDE hard drive and floppy drive up to 2.88 MB
    Transition board which provides SCSI2 connector and COM2 connector (DB9) on frontpanel
    Other interfaces include LPT1 connector (26-pin dual-row ribbon cable connector), flat panel interface (60-pin dual row header)
XPC2PTB Peripheral Transition Board
  Rear plug-in peripheral transition board with connectors for Ultra SCSI, COM2 and LPT1
    The DPC2 allows routing of IDE and to SCSI connector (when SCSI option not used)
XPMC3 PMC Carrier
  Carrier for 3 PMC cards (requires additional slot)
    Can be provided with single front panel, double-wide front panel (in combination with DPC2) or three-slot wide front panel (in combination with DPC2 and DRC1TB)

Support Hardware
XPC2TBxx Transition board which provides SCSI2 connector and COM2 connector (DB9) on frontpanel. Other interfaces include LPT1 connector (26-pin dual-row ribbon cable connector), flat panel interface (60-pin dual row header). A standard PC speaker is also included. This configuration includes a double-wide front panel for the processor board and transition board. 40-pin IDE connector also provided.
XPC2TBxx-S As above but the processor board and transition board will each have separate single-slot front panels instead of one double wide front panel.
